Sessions and fees

Fees are calculated per term and we would appreciate regular weekly, monthly or termly payments in advance of your child attending these sessions. In order to secure your child's place fees need to be paid regardless of attendance, only hospitalization and school transfer visits are exempt. If you suffer financial difficulties please talk to us to arrange a mutually agreed payment plan that suits us both

Early Years Educational Funding

3 and 4 years old children are entitled to government funding, (the term after their 3rd birthday). This covers 38 weeks a year up to a maximum of 15 hours per week. If for any reason your child misses a session you will be asked to sign an absenteeism form stating the reason. Unauthorized absents require us to pay back funding to Devon County Council. Funded children can have up to 10 days holiday per year (term time.)
